Planning a celebration filled with enchantment? Our Manor is ready to welcome you into our magical realm. Here’s everything you need to know about hiring our fully themed, fairy-tale manor!

Venue Hire Options
Whether you're throwing a daytime tea party or an evening under the stars, we have the perfect package:

  • 🌼 Weekend Daytime Hire – $650 for 90 minutes of pure whimsy.

  • 🌙 Evening Venue Hire (7pm–11pm) – $950 for up to 4 hours, including a dedicated host and after-event cleaning. Want to start earlier? Extra time is available at additional cost.

  • 🏰 Whole-House Hire (24 hours) – $2000 for a full day and night of magic and memories.

Whether you're dreaming of an intimate feast or a lively soirée under the stars, our Magical Manor can comfortably host:
🍽️ Up to 20 guests for a seated dining experience
🍸 Or up to 70 guests for a cocktail-style celebration full of laughter and sparkle


🍽️ Feasting in Fairyland
Ready to treat your guests to a magical banquet? We work with delightful caterers (and food trucks!) who we’d be happy to recommend—both are fairy-approved and much adored by our partygoers.

Prefer to bring your own fairy fare? You’re welcome to self-cater with ready-to-eat goodies like platters. Just remember: there’s no kitchen on site, so please bring your own crockery, cutlery, napkins, and serving tools.


✨ For self-catered celebrations, we kindly ask that you take responsibility for clearing away any rubbish and leftover food at the end of your event—so the fairies can keep the space sparkling for the next magical gathering!

Entertainment & Extras
Want to add a little extra sparkle to your event? From DJs and live bands to oracles, fairies, and circus performers—we can help you create a world of wonder. Or simply use our in-house sound system and curate your own playlist with Spotify magic.

💫 Deposit – Holding Your Magical Moment
To secure your date in the fairy calendar, we require a non-refundable deposit. This allows our team to begin preparing the space just for you.
Need to shift your date? No problem! You can move your booking within a 30-day window, subject to availability.

💳 Payments
Full payment is due before the event to ensure a smooth and sparkly experience.

👶 Child Supervision
Safety is our top spell! Children must be actively supervised at all times, especially near stairs, bathrooms, and during games or crafts.

🪜 Accessibility & Stairs
Our Manor includes stairs—please ensure all little ones are accompanied by an adult when exploring.

🧼 Health, Safety & Kindness

  • Please be mindful of décor, surroundings, and each other.

  • While our team maintains a safe environment, we can’t be held responsible for unsupervised guests.

  • Kindness is key! Disruptive behaviour may lead to early departures from the fairy realm.

🧳 Lost Property
Wings, wands, gifts, or cake toppers—don’t forget your treasures before you fly away! We can’t be responsible for lost items once your visit ends.

🛑 Cancellations & Refusals
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse entry, or end a party early if guests provide false information, act inappropriately, or don’t follow our policies.
