Planning a magical celebration? Here’s everything you need to know about our Magic School Parties!
🎉 Party Overview
A 90-minute magic school party costs $750 and includes up to 12 children (including the birthday star!).
Have more little witches and wizards joining in? Additional guests are welcome at $35 each.
🌟 Note: The total adult numbers are complimentary up to 70 ppl, however all walking children (not in prams) must be included in your guest count. If you'd prefer not to include siblings of your guests, we recommend mentioning this on your invitations.
🧙 A Note on Room Capacity
Our enchanting rooms are designed to comfortably host up to 12 young witches and wizards for a truly magical experience.
For larger gatherings, we may gently divide the group during entertainment time only, to ensure everyone gets to enjoy a fun, interactive, and immersive adventure.
✨ Don’t worry—everyone will be together again for the grand cake celebration in the Great Hall, as well as for games, dancing, and merriment toward the end of your party!
🕰️ Need a bit more sparkle time? Add 30 minutes for $190, subject to availability.
(We don’t recommend extra time for parties with guests younger than six.)
✨ What to Expect: A Journey Through our Magical World
The Magic Begins 🌳
We’ll greet you by the enchanted oak tree near the Wyreena playground and guide your guests to our charming Magical Manor.
From there, children step through the magical wardrobe doors into the whimsical Magic Cave—a favourite moment for all!
Inside, they’ll enjoy:
✨ Making a wish on their very own magic stone
✨ Our optional Gems & Glitter Ceremony, where each child receives sparkly face decorations and a magical blessing! OR
✨ Our Optional Wand Ceremony where your young witches and wizards will be sorted into houses and gifted their own magic wand to use during the party – just like arriving at Hogwarts! A fun alternative to gift bags.
🧪✨ Potion & Herbology Adventures
Your young witches and wizards will dive into bubbling potions and magical herbology, brewing up spells and learning the secrets of enchanted plants—just like real students of magic!
Cake Time in the Great Hall 🎂
We gather around the beautifully decorated birthday table to sing Happy Birthday, enjoy your cake, and participate in a magical drinks ceremony—where children use their "magic" to change the colour of their drink!
Food options available below if you’d like to add snacks or a full feast!
Games, Dancing, or Crafts 🎨
After cake, the magic continues with games, dancing, or optional craft activities (craft activities subject to suitability and at additional fee).
A Special Farewell 📸
Before the floo powder settles, we’ll:
Snap a magical group photo
Assist with gift bags and goodbyes
It’s a perfect ending to a truly enchanting day!

To make sure your magical celebration runs as smoothly as a fairy’s flight, please take a moment to read through the following important details:
🧚♀️ Party Deposit – Holding Your Magical Moment ✨
To lock in your chosen date and time for your fairy celebration, we ask for a non-refundable deposit—this ensures our fairies can begin preparing just for you!
🌸 Need to change your date?
No worries! You’re welcome to move your booking within a 30-day window, as long as we have another time available.
🌈 If someone is unwell on your party day, we understand—fairies get
sniffles too! You're welcome to reschedule to a future date, even up to a year later if needed, depending on our availability. Please note that there may be restrictions on what we can offer you.
💫 Please note:
A no-show or date change within 30 days of your booking will mean the deposit is forfeited.
If there are no available times at our venue, your deposit can be used as a credit toward a Fairy Travel Party—we’ll bring the magic to you!
🧒 Guest Count
All walking children within the venue are considered guests and must be included in your guest count—yes, even tiny fairy friends!
We’ll have your party table set up beautifully based on your confirmed number of guests. Need to add more? Just let us know as soon as you can so we can make everything extra lovely.
✨ If extra guests arrive on the day, payment for them and their catering will be required at the venue.
💡 We’re unable to offer refunds for guests who don’t attend, so feel free to invite an extra friend or sibling to join the fun if someone can't make it!
🍰 Food & Drink
Our Fairy House is a food-safe space—so no outside food or drinks, please!
(Except your birthday cake, of course—but no ice cream cakes, thank you!)
Our team can provide all the magical refreshments you'll need to keep your guests fuelled and happy.
🎈 Decor & Balloons
Our venue is already dressed to impress with beautiful, whimsical décor—no need to bring anything extra!
To protect our fairy garden and forest friends, we kindly ask that you do not bring balloons (they’re a little too mischievous and not very eco-friendly).
🧼 Please don’t move or alter our decorations—any damage may result in charges.
🕰️ Arrival Time
Our fairies work hard to set the scene just right—so we ask that you arrive at your scheduled party start time, not earlier.
This allows us to finish all the final sparkles and surprises before you enter!
💳 Payments
Full payment is required before the big day to ensure your celebration flows without a hitch.
If you choose to open a barista coffee tab, please settle it before you leave. If you don’t and we need to send an invoice for your tab this will incur a $25 admin fee.
🧚♂️ Child Supervision
We love laughter and play—but safety comes first!
Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times, especially near stairs, in the bathrooms, and during games or craft activities.
🪜 Accessibility & Stairs
Our magical space includes stairs, please ensure all little ones are accompanied on the stairs
🧼 Health, Safety & Kindness
Please be mindful of your surroundings, especially near stairs and décor.
While our team works hard to maintain a safe space, we’re not responsible for accidents caused by unsupervised children or guests.
We ask all visitors to treat one another with kindness and respect—disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.

Want to keep your cake toppers or special decorations? Don’t forget to collect them before you fly off
Please take a moment to check for personal items before you leave—our venue is often bustling with little visitors, and we can’t take responsibility for lost belongings.
🛑 Cancellations & Refusal of Service

Or end a party early if a guest provides false information, behaves inappropriately, or doesn’t follow our policies.
